Nothing is ever a waste of time. Everything we experience is apart of being a human. Living, learning lessons, collecting memories, gathering data to use on future experiences, and just exiting. Time is limited, but it’s never wasted if it was spent doing what your body felt like it needed at the time.❤️What’s meant for you will always find you. Regret is just a trick of the mind to make you think the past was supposed to be different when in reality it’s just being present with where you are now.

Thank you so much for this. I really needed to hear it. I turned 40 this year and also had my first and only child. He makes me want to be better and set a better example for him. Im a work in progress, but I know I will get there. For the last 40 years Ive been a people pleaser. Almost like I need to to recieve their love. I can't wait for my mind to feel a little less busy from things that dont suit me. ❤️

I wasted so many years on the wrong relationships and stressed on so many different things. Now at 53 yrs old I am single, and have boundaries and do not stress on hardly anything. I have faith and belive God has opened my eyes clearly now. No more will I waste my life on those things

I worry all day all night. I'm a worry wart. also I have a situation my 2 older children won't talk to me. it worry and depresses me. I have a 3 yr old grandbaby. I try not to worry or be depressed but it's there. I dont know how to fix it.plz pray for me and my children
