Tornado warnings are a common occurrence here. We rarely take the warning seriously because 80% of the time it dissipates. It's really hard to tell when to actually evacuate.

I grew up 2 miles from this town. My parents still live there. the storm passed not even a half mile from them. It's heartbreaking to see this town now. The community has done so much to rebuild, but knowing the destruction breaks my heart
