@jenn_wiemann: Go have fun. That's it. That's the post. I'm serious; some of my best trades have run while I was doing literally anything else. Playing bags with Josh. Making the kids breakfast. Sitting outside with my coffee. Because somewhere along the way we got the message that good traders grind. That if you're not glued to the screen, you're not serious. That fun is something you earn AFTER the win. But the screen doesn't reward your obsession. The market doesn't care how long you stared at it. And the more you white-knuckle every candle, the worse your decisions get. Your A+ setup doesn't need babysitting. It needs you to trust the plan, set your stop, and go live your actual life. The funk you're in isn't a strategy problem. It's a presence problem. You forgot why you started trading in the first place, and it wasn't to be chained to a screen. I built this whole life: the trading, the freedom, the RV, the rhythm with my kids, so I could do the opposite. So I could play bags with my husband anytime I want while a trade runs in the background. So go play. Go laugh. Go be with your people. The chart will still be there, and nine times out of ten, it'll be doing exactly what you set it up to do. That's not a distraction from the work.
