As a driver we have to rate every passenger when the trip ends. 5 stars is already selected. It takes more steps to rate lower so when we do it really means something 🥀

I legit did an uber rideshare situation once and the driver picked up a guy after me, who was also dropped off before me. The guy was silent the entire ride after greeting the driving. said thank you when he left, and I WATCHED THE DRIVER GIVE HIM 1 STAR WHEN HE GOT OUT!!
