What is called First Amendment auditing is a newer term in all aspects. But truthfully auditing officers isn’t anything new, just really didn’t have a wide spread name for it. To make laws changed people did things to show there needs to be laws against that matter. When laws changed people would obey the law and do it, people would freak out call police. Times police messed up, then learned things have changed. At one point in our not good history. Black people couldn’t use certain bathrooms, had to go through doors only for blacks in court houses, and businesses would not serve black people the laws rightfully bad that conduct illegal. Then yes Blacks did what is called auditing now. Went places that before they couldn’t. People got upset, did things similar and worse that you see in these videos. Cops acted similar. Some cops just educated blacks can be here and nothing you can do about it legally, some cops enforced the old policy breaking the laws. Eventually all cops got the training that was desperately needed, not to enforce racist policy’s. That’s basically where we are at again with first amendment auditing, the laws say it’s legal to record in public supreme Court in publicly accessible areas eyes can’t be trespassed anything you can see you can photograph and record. Just like at that time back when laws passed blacks can go where any white person can, there was lawsuits fighting law enforcement doing wrong, just like auditing today lawsuits when law enforcement does wrong, this will go on until all of Law Enforcement understands. Just like back then with the racist policy enforcement people was saying these black people are looking for lawsuits to get paid. Same as today people say these auditors are only looking for lawsuits to get paid. Biggest issue I see more and more places have been and still is cutting funding for Law Enforcement, when major cuts happen the easiest thing to cut is on going training for officers, so cops then have harder time learning what they are doing that’s wrong and unlawful, any good trainer will also tell you. They can spot most of the bad cops no matter how much the bad cop tries to hid it.
