Liam! I have ARFID and I ate something new today that was healthier than what I usually eat! I got those Greek flatbreads from Aldi and filled them salad, cucumbers, chicken that I cooked with peri peri seasoning and a dressing I made with Greek yogurt, olive oil and salt. I know it’s not perfect (it’s similar to kebabs or gyros) but it’s more nutritious than buttered noodles. I wanted to tell you because I would have been too scared without you.
