@criscinema: i’ve finally watched all of Euphoria for the first time after being a little resistant to it for some reason, and i was shocked by how much i liked it! In particular, season 1 felt really special and unique in its cinematography and filmmaking and what it had to say about addiction, depression, and childhood trauma. I don’t think the subsequent seasons have kept up with what made the first so excellent, season 2 seems to delve into more typical high school tropes that season 1 resisted, but it’s still pretty entertaining TV and Zendaya as Rue is just unbelievably great in this. I feel like I never got to experience her full powers as an actress till watching this show so I’m very glad i did! #euphoria #hbomax #zendaya #tvreview #tiktokmilestonechallenge

I recently just watched Season 1 and 2. I tried to forget that Sam Levinson did ‘The Idol’ a couple years ago so I can try to enjoy Euphoria. The first 2 seasons were very good. It was different, but engaging. Season 3 is an entirely different show. Not sure how I feel about it yet. 🤷

Justice for Petra Collins whose aesthetic was stolen for Euphoria. She was the original director and booted off early by Levinson. That’s why the show gets worse and why The Idol was so bad.
