Solo parenting four kids plus a newborn at night is actual chaos 😅 I was so exhausted and bloated that I couldn't even remember if I fed myself. My hormones were destroyed, my patience was gone by 8pm, and I felt guilty for being so short with everyone. Nothing helped my energy until another solo mom told me about Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green in a large family group. I followed it and lost 28 lbs, my evening energy came back, and now nighttime routine still crazy but I don't collapse after. I love it. feels like info every solo mom of multiples needs

Girl you look SO good for having a newborn! And why is my baby 6 weeks and I’m already shockedddd how much bigger than your baby he looks 😭😭😭 they grow TOO fast - bay fever ALREADY, and I just got cleared 😅😅
