I have been doing exactly what you’re saying since June last year. I’m almost doing this for a full year now doing minimum 6km a day 5 times a week. I have lost so much people who don’t know I walk over an hour every week morning think there’s something wrong 😂. In that period of time I have covered a distance totalling more than 17 comrades marathons

Well, they said that the real key is a calorie deficit. I asked them about fasting (20:4) while eating 1,500 kcal versus eating three meals a day with the same 1,500 kcal. They said it’s basically the same—there’s no real advantage to fasting, even with fasted workouts.
