Hi Tasneem, I get what you’re saying, but at the end of the day it’s really their own business. You can’t really decide for other people how they should feel about their own relationship. What feels like a “sacred” relationship to you is based on your own values and comfort level, and that’s totally valid for you. But it doesn’t mean everyone else has to see it the same way or operate by the same standard. It’s a bit like expecting everyone to agree on how private or modest a relationship should be, some people are just going to have completely different boundaries, and that doesn’t make theirs less valid. So realistically, it’s not really something you can set rules for. And if it doesn’t sit right with you, it’s probably just easier to scroll past or block it rather than trying to apply your own framework to something they clearly don’t share.
