@channelnewsasia: A bus driver in Taiwan broke down in tears following an altercation with a passenger on Friday (Apr 24). A social media video showed the passenger reportedly blaming him for missing her stop after she failed to press the bell button. Following the incident, a spokesperson for the bus company said the driver has been given time off and will be provided with counselling. He will also be given a red packet as a form of encouragement, said the spokesperson. #taiwan #taiwannews
