@68colliam: Judicial Impartiality: This is the cornerstone of all legal systems world over. If a judge is perceived to be biased, the solution is to recuse himself. Simple. When judges are unprofessional, incompetent or behave like part stooges, the judiciary loses its value and no citizen will be blamed for not following the judgment. The outcome is purely chaotic consequently, a military coup d'etat. Don't allow cadre judges anywhere to sit on the bench. Be law smart.
