Clearly she’s under emotional distress/ emotionally charged Being a black female and to me she seems coherent not under dui as the officer suspected. I think she’s expecting the worst outcome, because she realizes she’s being stopped for suspicion not because she had any dui. And if it’s”suspicion” it’s subjective isn’t it? Anything can go wrong at a stop based on a cops suspicion especially given the not so stellar history with police abuse
