Senior citizens aren’t exempt from being incarcerated. If a senior citizen is the aggressor (and just short of using some sort of weapon) Just kindly get away from him and call the police. If the senior citizen uses some sort of weapon then you do what you have to, to protect yourself or a third party. I am 75 + years and I am not in any physical conditions to be an aggressor toward anyone. I am sorry the man died but it was of his own making! Hopefully the employee will be no billed by a grand jury. After that let the family of the deceased take it to civil court!
