I was talking to a guy in the pj pipeline and he said for the swim it’s not bad if you train like free divers before hand and can get to the point of doing it within a few months

Well, for someone who’s been sleep depraved, stressed, etc… mere physical ability is no longer enough. That’s why you LISTEN to the instructions and (try to) apply them. And remain calm. It’s just a pool. Of course this comment is coming from experience 🫡

I was on the swim team and I can still hold my breath for 1 min and 20 seconds I am a certified life guard and had to dive a lot it’s all about breathing control that’s all I gotta say
