this one is amazing!!! i have this myself. it literally snuggles your face and completely black out. the strap is adjustable and stays perfectly round my big head 🤣❤️

I really recommend the ones with space for your eyes because I don't like anything touching them. this just has an adjustable elastic strap and stays on really well

We recently bought blackout cut to size sheets from Amazon and we stick them directly on the window frame & we have been sleeping for sooo much longer. Literally makes the whole room pitch black when theres daylight

That’s got to be a Drowsy i have a collection 😂 adjust the velcro strap and tie your hair in a bun on the top if you haven’t already, it works a charm for me!

Have you tried one that goes over your ears rather than round the back of your head? It’s the only type I can get to stay in and I just get them from Amazon

Have you tried the warmies microwaveable eye mask? It comes with scented beads inside but I’ve washed the scent out! The elastic has gone but I just use a bobble to keep it strapped to my head

Also whilst we're joining in the comments as people who need true darkness, does anyone have an electric blind that is 100% blackout? like genuinely 100%, no light. I recently bought a bloc out blind which was incredibly expensive and despite them advertising it as such, it isn't 100% blackout

I cannot stand the sensation of anything touching my eyelashes so I use the Smug contoured eyemask £15 its moulded so doesn’t touch my eyes. It’s so dark and it never falls off my head. I’ve bought them for years and buy them from any of my friends having a baby in case they struggle with the red light or napping during the day if they get a chance to.

Too tip, put it on like you’re putting on a headband so it kind of goes under your hair, I find it stays on better that way!

I use an eye mask every night and it helps to put you hair up over the top of it. So pull it in over your face to your neck, lift your hair over it and then pull the eye mask up. I hate my hair on my neck lol so this works for me x
