it always depends on hair type. virgin and straight japanese hair probably wont need it as often, but I had hair thats been bleached from black to blue so I use it every time I was my hair, which is every other day, and it works great. remember if something is working for your hair, then keep doing it, and dont listen to the advice of someone who doesn't have your experiences.
