I have no suggestions because I’m sure you’ve tried anything I can suggest already but I SEE YOU. I see your strength, and struggle and unconditional love and care. Do you guys have in-home services in your state? In Oregon, people can choose in-home services and DSPs can be hired to come in the home and work shifts. Maybe an overnight so you guys can sleep?

I hope you have a good therapist 🩷 This might be silly but have you seen a sleep specialist? We got my 3 year old referred to one and she was prescribed trazadone. (She’s level one)
