@craig_mccloskey: We’ve actually been on this non-toxic journey for 10+ years now, and we’re still no where close to perfect… because that’s not attainable and it’s not the goal 🙅🏼♂️ Our goal is to simply be intentional where we can, especially with the most important things we’re exposed to most often. Not because we live every day in fear, but because we understand the importance little upgrades can have on our health. Start with the things where you’re most exposed… 1. Water (drinking, tap, shower, etc.) 2. Cooking (cookware, coffee, storage) 3. Clothing 4. Bedding 5. Cleaning 6. Personal care And most importantly, what you don’t see in our video are all the polyester and plastic still in our home… My Breville (has plastic components), some of Greylan’s toys, the plastic our food comes in, blankets… And that’s ok. Be intentional where you can, and let go of where you can’t. Any progress is better than none at all 🙏🏽 #plasticdetox #healthylifestyle #nontoxic #nontoxichome

Im sure you’re aware the breville barista express does have some plastic in it. Some of this though is just the price you pay.

It’s a journey and can’t be done overnight! As your products empty, look for a cleaner nontoxic version!

To the people who say "rich" you dont have to buy everything at once, one thing at a time or you could even make some of them

Doing the same, but I'm really quite poor, doing one at a time right now! Got my pans done and glass storage containers, all stainless steel or ceramic plates and glassware, got rid of all plastic cooking utensils, traded out bake wear too. Need to get rid of my keurig and work on clothing and rugs and stuff next but wow it's expensive

Then you realize the majority of microplastics comes from car tires. Now what? You got tricked into consumerism.
