I don’t see anything wrong , windows look correct , taping can be considered right even taping bottom because not suppose water behind . Also grill in top glass , they may have ordered without grill . I think you should tell us , to show us what you think

Well the head flashing doesn’t extend past the side legs for one, and two then didn’t use Zip tapes for windows which is against specs. Hard to tell but may not have sill flashing either.
