Not all drivers are like this cos my partner works for DPD and he and his team don't play with making sure they get deliveries made they cover SE26 unfortunately but where I am we have the same issue either not delivering or leaving on the door step

they are the worse delivery company ii have ever seen. to think that Evri can do better.they will make you pay for next day delivery and hold your parcel for like a week

I gotto say he did need to go up and drop it at the door as you are not expecting when they turn up or might not be home, well clearly u was home and expecting him because you recorded but anyways i bet you make ubereats or deliveroo drivers come up aswell with your food, need to understand living up there is a hazard for these workers so you have to do your bit aswell

signora deve avvisare l'assistenza clienti che vuole la consegna al piano. se non si ha la consegna al piano noi corrieri non possiamo salire su, perché se ci facciamo male dentro il condominio si rischia di perdere il posto di lavoro perché non avendo la consegna al piano non esiste assicurazione

First of all, you don’t have the right to record someone without their permission. Secondly, if you have a problem with your parcel, you should contact the company directly. You have no right to record a driver and post them on social media. He has a personal life beyond his job, too. And who knows if this is even the full story? Maybe the video was edited. Maybe the driver came to your door, but you didn’t answer, so he left. There are always two sides to a story, so it’s unfair to judge someone based on a short video posted online.
