Le théâtre permet de divertir le public tout en racontant une histoire et en transmettant des émotions. Mais le théâtre n’existe pas seulement en France : il est présent dans de nombreux pays du monde, avec des styles très différents selon les cultures. Aujourd’hui, nous allons donc vous présenter différentes formes de théâtre en Europe, en Afrique et en Asie, avant de terminer par une conclusion sur les différences et les points communs entre ces cultures théâtrales. YONA: Italie En Italie on retrouve La Commedia dell’arte c’est un style théâtral italien apparu au XVIe siècle, dont le but principal est de faire rire. Les comédiens portent souvent des masques et jouent des scènes comiques exagérées. La Commedia dell’arte est reconnue pour ses personnages iconiques comme Arlequin, Scapin, Pantalon ou Isabella, mais aussi parce que les pièces sont la plupart du temps improvisées par les acteurs. Les thèmes abordés sont souvent l’amour, les tromperies ou les conflits entre les personnages. Les pièces les plus connues restent Arlequin poli par l’amour, Le Jeu de l’amour et du hasard et Les Fourberies de Scapin. MOI: Uganda L’Ouganda est un pays d’Afrique reconnu pour ses pièces de théâtre culturelles qui mélangent la danse, le chant, la musique et les récits traditionnels. Les représentations sont souvent très animées et captivent l’attention grâce à des costumes aux couleurs vives, des masques et des mouvements expressifs utilisés pour raconter l’histoire des ancêtres et des traditions du pays. Le théâtre ougandais sert surtout à transmettre des valeurs, des croyances et des leçons importantes aux nouvelles générations. Aujourd’hui, il existe aussi un théâtre plus moderne qui aborde des sujets sérieux comme la pauvreté, les conflits politiques, les inégalités ou l’éducation. Une des œuvres les plus connues est The Burdens, écrite en 1972 par John Ruganda. Cette pièce parle des difficultés d’une famille vivant dans la pauvreté après des changements politiques en Ouganda.
