Mr kakande; honestly I do regret now. Iam 31 years old building a 2 storey house almost to completion. No wife, and kids-very single. Truly I sit down and calculate that singa Naziteeka in bonds or unit trust, they would generate me X3 more than I need for rent in an exclusive neighborhood; and still have what to spend on my daily expenses. But it’s never too late. So; please keep preaching the good gospel to help others understand before they make mistakes

a decent house in Ntinda now for a family is at 2m for a three bedroomed house . 24m 4 years it's a 100m gene life as no science but guys who built in there 30,s are doing great

Some of us built and the peace of mind we have now allows us invest heavily without fear. There’s many approaches to building wealth. While your view carries some truth, IT’S NOT THE ONLY WAY.
