If there is a Trust created for Jonathan, they need to put the house in the name of the Trust or put a Deed of Trust against the property in the amount of the monies used and then if the home sells then the trust fund must be paid out of the proceeds or the parents pay the trust fund back and once it has been the court can get a Deed of Release to remove the Deed of Trust
