this reads like a banished Capitol kid, who, because the adults dont really calue/talk to their children like real people, has no clue whats going on. the volunteering would be the cherry on top, I would love to watch her horror as reality breaks on her way to/at the tribute center. I want to see her family, and how they react to her death (cuz let's be real, she WOULD die). I want to see if they hold their grief and rage for private, or if/how they manage to convince themselves its all "for the greater good". someone write this PLEASE.
