Hey, so unfit hurts spontaneously than it could be lipedema. Lipedema isn’t diagnosed based on the look because there are other fatcell illnesses that look all really the same. But for lipedema one key symptoms is the pain. If this pinching in your arms hurt or the sometimes hurt without any real reason than it could be possible.

my arms look exactly the same and I was diagnosed with lipedema. I also have high muscle mass so I just chalked it up to thick arms, but the fat around the elbow joint is a pretty good indicator
