I watched your video an hour ago and then this other girls video came up also hiking half dome also from Tahoe and dressed the same as you and it sure did feel like a blip in the universe for a minute.

my high school took us to yosemite for a field trip and we hiked half dome. a few days before the trip i was at my friend’s house. her dad also happens to be the principal and he was going on the trip with us. i did a quick google search of the hike and asked him if it was safe for a bunch of extremely inexperienced high schoolers to hike half dome. he basically laughed at me and said i was “scared”. after the hike he apologized to me 😭😭😭 it still shocks me to this day that my school thought it was a good idea for us to do that hike
