Genuinely not exaggerating when I say DO NOT GO HIKING WHEN THE SUN IS OUT RIGHT NOW. Even LOCALS have died hiking during this time of year. It is an expected phenomenon for foreigners to DIE every year, and be featured in our news cycle for having done so. DONT DO IT

Check out Sedona. Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Payson, Monument Valley, North Rim fo the Grand Canyon. But, bring water, lots of water, salty snacks, make sure your vehicle is in good shape, off road capable will really help.
