I hope you have the evidence that said deliver, she clearly said that it won’t let her scan the package and she can’t deliver. So if you don’t have the proof of the delivery to back up this story, she can sue you for defamation .

Ummmm I speak Spanish she is saying “it won’t let me scan it and it seems like the machine was confusing the package to the other house” “dice que deje los dos aya pero es de aquí” so it seems like the machine was confusing the package so she can’t leave it unless she fixes that!

I know you heard her say it won’t let her scan. They can’t drop it off if it won’t scan….Also seems like it’s either saying it goes to another spot or she gotta go to the other spot to fix it. If it thinks you’re in the wrong place, won’t allow you to complete delivery either.
