Blue nevi can look very dark, even irregular clinically. Typically on head, neck, hands, and feet. Likely a Dysplastic Nevus. It's assumetric and appears irregular but it doesn't have multiple colors and seems to be uniform in one color and doesn't have blurred borders. Melanoma typically has all of those.

My derm said mine was fine and to monitor told her take it off , came back melanoma. Better safe than sorry thank god I insisted she remove it got it super early

Thats melanoma is a bad sign cuz you can or will have skin cancer its swollen in your skin and it had given you bad potential to your skin and it will give you cancer to your skin cuz as you can see it just changes and its even worse and its not like a little circular thing is swollen in the skin is fully black as you can tell
