Fresh donuts for breakfast at 2300m in the Dolomites? Yes please! 😍 Breakfast at Rifugio Friedrich August might be one of my favorite things we did in the Dolomites 🍩🏔️ This mountain hut at Sella Pass serves fresh krapfens (donuts) in the morning, and the combination of a warm donut and those views is just unbeatable! Park at Sella Pass and it’s about a 25 minute walk up to reach it. Not a difficult hike but quite steep, especially the last stretch. You can grab your krapfen to go or sit down for breakfast. The classic cream or jam ones are €3, and the Nutella or pistachio versions are €4 🤌 One important tip: get there early! We arrived around 8am and still found a table, but it was already surprisingly busy. By 9am the line outside was pretty long! Save this for your Dolomites trip 📌 #dolomites #dolomitesitaly #dolomitesunesco #dolomitesroadtrip #italytravel
