I think it’s just the fact that you said you’re moving over $150 rent increase but then are touring $7k apartments so at that price $150/month in comparison doesn’t seem that bad.. but tbh if you aren’t happy where you are you should move anyways regardless of that so you go girl

I can’t really fathom NYC rent and low key think of the city as fictional so when I hear $7000 rent it’s just like hearing a random word in a fantasy novel that makes no sense. It’s not for me to understand. It’s for me to watch someone else rent a place and judge why there is no bathtub.
