@louishowardpt: Solid 9/10! Really tasty! I added a bit too much water so don’t go mad with it… about 1/5 of a can it’s probably enough. Or just eyeball it and pray to the pasta gods Anyway, here’s what you need and how to make it 👇 Ingredients (serves 4): * 500g 5% lean beef mince * 200g bowtie pasta (dry) * 400g chopped tomatoes (with herbs) * 30g taco seasoning * 160g light cream cheese * 80g light mozzarella * 2–3 red peppers chopped * 1 medium onion, diced * Splash of water (NOT half the ocean like I did) Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C 2. Chuck everything into a big baking dish 3. Add a small splash of water and mix it all together 4. Cover with foil 5. Bake for 45 minutes 6. Take foil off and bake another 5 minutes. 7. Let it sit for a few minutes.
