Nacho chips I’m not mad at, but baked beans doesn’t sound good to me. I’d try refried beans and add green onion and jalapeños but that’s may be the Texan in me

one of my favorites! we call them haystacks in my house.. gotta put the lettuce tomatoes onions and sour cream on top! but b&m baked beans not the tomatoes sauce beans lol

Also in Australia sometimes we do sweet chilli sauce into the chips and cheese, melt then add guacamole or avocado on top and sour cream. Give it a try. The sweet chilli caramelises a bit
