No matter where you live, you should never take pictures of someone else’s property without permission. Like who does that? I would sue for invasion of privacy.

Since they admitted to taking pictures you could claim it’s an invasion of privacy but without proof of the photos the guy who owns the drone would have a very solid lawsuit against the landowner, it may be the country but you don’t own the airspace nor can you restrict who enters it. As long as they follow FAA guidelines and regulations there’s nothing they can do
