I believe I have lipedema stage 1 but I refuse to acknowledge it unless it becomes painful. I just don’t want to change my whole life for it, so I’m ignoring it for now 😭

you're the first person I've ever seen with basically my exact body omg. I'm a UK size 4 so it really annoys me when people think its a weight thing. I'm nearly 30 and it's got worse as I've got older, I have varicose veins and they've started to hurt even though I haven't changed weight. started having to wear compression socks when I can 😭 also i feel a lot better with fake tan on x

I had liposuction on my thighs years ago before I knew it had a name. My thighs were always bigger than my body.

I think I have it as well. I literally hate my legs and I never wear any shorts or skirts because I'm too embarrassed 😭

I am not 100% sure I have this as I need to lose some weight first, but sometimes I feel like a burning/painful sensation in random spots of my legs. Is that a common thing for people with Lipedema? 🥺
