This is just regular ice cream. The reason people use the pudding mixes and protein powders is bc they don’t want regular ice cream they want macro friendly ice cream. It’s not in the same league so why compare?

love the recipe but you really need to blend the banana before freezing it. rule number one of the creamy is it’s not a blender and you can’t blend fruit chunks!
