is called ink crud, it happens with alcohol-based or high water saturated markers. im gessing the copics this is not unusual for them

The marker oxidized, the alcohol part dissolved faster and the pigment part crystallized. Temporarily you can use a little bit of alcohol (or colorless blender refill) to get whatever is left of the dye, but that nib is done for. To fix it you’ll need to buy a replacement tip and ink cartridge then probably clean the barrel inside
