Just remember people wood floors can only be sanded twice maybe 3 times in itโs lifetime, each sanding takes about 2 mm of thickness from the floorboards. To many sanding sand the boards will start creaking when walked on ๐

Danny, I genuinely liked your content so far, but as a professional floor sander, advising people to hire some old-school drum sanders and try to restore engineered floors is a bit too much for me. I understand the marketing behind those videos, but please stop spreading false ideas to people. You have no idea how many calls we receive from people who tried sanding their floors with cheap, old, and neglected rental equipment, and 9/10 times the results are dramatic. I can see you love your work, and I appreciate that you decided to shift into sales rather than service, but if you're going to share your experience and give advice, at least cover all points and explain the pros and cons so people can make an informed decision, not just based on price.

Our floor is so bad. So many planks have splits and theyโre original Victorian pine so the measurements are quite specific and I canโt source replacements. Iโd so love to rejuvenate our floors but yeah weโve been quoted ยฃ5k ๐ซ
