@sunshinedogtraining: If your puppy loses their mind the second you put them in the crate… this is for you. 🩵 This video walks you through the exact step-by-step process to fix whining, and inability to settle or like being in the crate. 👉🏼 starting from the very beginning 👉🏼 building up to the door being closed 👉🏼 and you walking away without a meltdown But here’s where most people mess it up… They rush it. They skip steps. They “try it once” and bail. That’s why it doesn’t work. This is a process. Follow it through and your puppy learns how to actually settle—not just tolerate it. And when that clicks? 👉🏼 Less biting 👉🏼 Less chaos 👉🏼 More calm 👀 Watch the whole thing. Don’t half do it. 🧡 Follow me for more real puppy training (not the fluff) 👉🏼And share this to someone who’s struggling with crate chaos 🐶 #puppytraining #cratetraining #puppycratetraining #puppyhelp #DogTraining
How do we get puppy to not freak out when we leave? He goes into his pen for his nap but if I go to leave he hops and panics. He’s 12 weeks and we’ve had him 5 days.

Thank you!! I’ve heard that rewarding them when you come back teaches them that you returning is a huge deal and will make them freak out more when you leave so I’ve been wondering how to do that part. Is that not true then?

Ok 2 questions. Do i have to accustom them to a win word before i can focus on this crate training or is food good enough. Also is it too late to accommodate them to the crate if they are past a year. Mine is a rescue thats a little over a year old but ive only had him about 2 weeks. He was sick the first week so he acted differently but now he whines in the crate for multiple hours at night to the point i moved it into my room cause thats the only thing that stopped him. But i cant do nothing aboit me going to work and keeping him in there

Our nine week old barks continuously the entire time in the crate. We have three more days before I go back work. He’s OK to eat in there, we give him treats in there with us by the great for a while, but can’t get past this. I put a Kong with frozen peanut butter /he didn’t touch it. When I go back to work, I will come home at lunchtime to let him out, but I’m worried he’ll bark the entire 4 1/2 hours that hes in there.

Is it okay to have a crate with a play pen down stairs for when I’m away(during the day) and then another crate upstairs for bed time?

What do I do about work? What do people normally do? I can’t call off and I can’t take a week off right away. I have today off and work tomorrow he screams in the play pen haven’t even started actual crate training don’t want him to get worked up while I’m gone. I want it to be positive, pen training is new to me tho and I mainly only want it for when I’m gone until he earns it. And crate is his space and room. You’re so helpful thank you so much for making videos!! 🙏

My crate is currently in my bedroom upstairs. My office is downstairs where I spend most of the day. Until he gets more comfortable being in the crate, is it okay to move the crate at times or should it stay in the same place?

Our mini golden doodle does very well at bedtime. A few whimpers then quiets down - I need a time out box for her . Do I use the same crate as bed time or should we get another ? She is biting - otherwise she is wonderful - her biting is 90% when she is tired - so I need to stop the fun and quiet her down. ?? Thoughts TY

My puppy isn’t very food motivated and will only eat one or two of the treats and then he’s done with them. Any advice. I’ve tried like 3 or 4 different types of treats and there’s nothing he’s extremely interested in
