Please bring back the red beans and rice seasoning mix. The box with the beans and rice already in it is not nearly as good and this seasoning ends up being too salty.

Zatarain’s, please consider making microwaveable Individual-sized rice cups that you can just pop in the microwave for a few minutes. They would be really useful for college students living in dorms, single people and people living alone, office workers, people who work from home, busy professionals, night-shift workers, truck drivers, travelers staying in hotels, elderly people, people with limited kitchen space or no access to a stove, teenagers who need something quick, busy parents, and really anyone who just wants one serving without having to make an entire box. It would be very convenient!
