Just a thought! For the letters, you could attach an envelope to the page, and place the letters into the envelope, that way when they read the letters, they’re kinda opening “Mail from mom and dad” heres an example picture:

My mom would put those crowns in the Christmas tree once outgrown! Her Christmas tree is essentially a family scrapbook from 50+ years of marriage and kids. I recommend that!
