Please when we are designing we design the structure as a frame that means the Walls are not load bearing they just act as curtain walls since all the loads are transferred from the slab to beams then the columns how ever why we prefer building it as a frame is that we need to have member sizing actual not to compromise to avoid a number of issues like slenderness in case of columns then for beams we look at depth to widith

I think the chief reason is to obtain proper alignment of beams and columns in vertical and horizontal sense. brickwall are non load bearing.to my view, building frames first is better practice regardless of how hight the structure will be. otherwise your whole analysis is good bro.
