thats my rythem to for the last month. Gym 6 days, 3 of those i go twice to include core and cardio. in 1 month I hve seen a small improvement. Same 1 close friend/ brother and 2 work friends/ acquaintances..lol. single and the stress level went down. 😁😁😁🥰👍
