Hey I don’t have the following to do this but if it will help someone, small cabbage (usually under $1 a pound), small onion (you can get for under a $1), store brand beans (I would use black $1), a can of tomato sauce $1, and a packet of flavored rice $1 (assuming people don’t have seasoning they will need this).

@Chef Moe I love what you’re doing man. You talk a lot about seasonings and building flavor and it’s really helped me step up my cooking. I tell you I have just discovered this Maggi brand chicken flavor bouillon tablets my Walmart has them 12 for $1.12. Man it adds great flavor to so much. Heck I just threw one into the pot with my rice and it was fantastic.

I did not grow up poor. Not by a longshot. Poverty found me as an adult that couldn't cook and I thank God for my sister in law for teaching me how to cook like you do. She could make a gourmet meal out of a can of spam and some random noodles!! It makes my heart happy that you're sharing your knowledge!! ❤️
