i mean for instant satisfaction, extensions do work but girl look at you, you are still young and can grow your hair longer and healthier, i mean i also suffered from hair fall and tried to save it with diet and oils and it works, try it and be consistent cuz eventually your hair will be damaged from heat and suffocated by extentions
