@elliemaehunn: WIEIAD focusing on whole foods 🥑 @Vilgain UK Breakfast bowl 🥣 ~ Greek yoghurt ~ Strawberries ~ Blueberries ~ Pumpkin seeds ~ Sunflower seeds ~ Peanut butter ~ Protein Granola Iced Matcha 🍵 🧊 ~ 70ml hot water ~ 1 tsp matcha ~ oat milk ~ sweetener Lunch 🥗 ~ Salmon fillet (air fry on 180 for 9 mins) ~ Teryaki sauce ~ Sesame oil ~ Garlic Granules ~ Rice ~ Cucumber (in rice vinegar and sesame seeds) ~ Edamame ~ 1/2 avocado ~ Korean Pickled Veg ~ Sriracha mayo (optional) Snack 🍓 🍫 ~ chocolate covered strawberries Dinner 🥘 (served 4) ~ 4 x Chicken breast ~ 400ml chicken bone broth ~ 1 jar Calabrese (red pesto) ~ 2 tbsp cream cheese ~ cherry tomatoes ~ 2 garlic cloves ~ 1 shallot ~ Parmesan ~ Spinach ~ Broccoli ~ Cauliflower rice ~ cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornflour 1tbsp water) ~ chicken seasoning (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder & oregano) - fry off chicken in a pan - Remove and cover with foil - Add your shallot, then tomato and garlic - To a jug add your bone broth, red pesto and soft cheese - Pour into the pan and bring to a simmer - Then add your cornstarch slurry to thicken your sauce - Add in your spinach until wilted - Meanwhile cook your broccoli and cauliflower rice - Plate up your cauliflower rice and broccoli, top with your chicken and the sauce - Add extra Parmesan and enjoy 😊 Tea 🫖 ~ Peppermint tea Use my code ‘ELLIEMAE’ for 10% off your order 🤍
