I have pretty much been the same weight since my 18yo was born. i gain some and lose some with my other pregnancies. and its shifted a lot as well. but I know exactly who i am. I know that THIS BODY has housed 4 babies. could I benefit to lose a few pounds? sure. but will my kids hear me talk about that? absolutely not. I do not want my kids growing up thinking that they are less than because of how they look. appearance means nothing compared to what's on the inside.

I teach my kids that bodies are the most boring thing about someone. Because literally everyone that exists has a body. They come in different shapes and sizes, but everyone has a body and that’s super boring.
