It sucks. It hurts so bad. I started lifting 3 pound weights up to 10 pound weights just doing different arm exercises and it went away.

Gurl I’m on my 4th one I have a shoulder manipulation scheduled for August. I have to pay someone to do my hair I can barely sleep sis I’m toss & turning all night. I wish you the Best
