More of a technical question- how are those tortillas so high in fiber? I apparently don’t get how dietary fiber works because these tortillas don’t seem different than any other.

Love this videos!! My son is only a little younger than Gio but not as good of an eater! I try to follow your protein, fat, fiber, color at meal times! But I definitely am feeling a little bad that he has had probably more added sugar than he “should”🥹 he goes to daycare so I don’t really control his meals there but I know they eat generally well. But he has definitely had things like cake and donuts. Obviously only small bites but🥲🥲

Such a good haul! I’d also love to hear your thoughts on trying to prioritize Whole Foods while on a cal deficit. I love things like natural peanut butter, pistachios, and full fat cheese. But can be a lil hard on a cal deficit to incorporate these.
